Frequent Feeder Rewards Program:
It is easy to redeem free products!
- Simply create a customer account in-store or online
- Look for or ask one of our team members for participating products and purchase the required number of bags or cans from participating brands.
- Redeem your *Free product!
*Frequent Feeder is an In-Store, Curbside Pick-Up, or Local Delivery Option Only.
Local Delivery:
You may not get your free product delivered for free through Local Delivery. Delivery charges will apply unless you make additional purchases that equal the $49 requirement for free delivery.
Frequently asked questions:
Free product redemption is applied as a coupon reward on your customer account and is specific to each brand. For example, Fromm rewards can only be used on Fromm products (dog/cat food, wet/dry food, treats, and any other eligible products of the same brand will accumulate towards a single coupon reward to be applied to your account). The coupon reward is an average dollar value of the required amount of eligible purchases within the brand.
Once your reward is added to your account, redeem it on any item that is the same size under that brand and line. For instance, if you have bought the required number of 20 lb bags of Open Farm RawMix Dog Food, you can redeem your reward for any 20 lb bag of Open Farm RawMix Dog Food. It does not have to be the same recipe - only the same brand, line, and size. Redeemed items must be of equal or lesser value than purchased items.

When you shop at The Wild, we record your transactions at all our locations and online! Every $ you spend is tracked and translates into cash back credit rewards that you can use on your next visit! Credits never expire so you can choose to use them on any visit or save them.
Every $150 purchased = $5 Cash Back Credit Reward! There are no limits on how many $5 credits can be accumulated.
- $150 purchased = $5 Credit
- $300 purchased = $10!
- $450 purchased = $15!
- $600 purchased = $20…
Credits can be used on any purchase including discounted items, and non-tax purchases including but are not limited to: dog washes, and delivery charges!
